For Nilim Sir....forever

Its another cool evenin comin to an end in bangalore, with rain lashing at the window panes of my room, makin me nostalgic, lending more melancholy to my already deteriorating feelings, and to add to it, i m listenin to 'november rain' by GnR (it has the Best Guitar solo ever made) although its still october.....
I've recovered almost completely now with this colourful plaster(autographs from my best freinds!) finally becomin an integral part of me and now when i've to cut it tomorrow, i can feel missing it already!
Its Nilim Sir, my music Guru, who passed away the day before yesterday, for whom i dedicate this blog...he was one of the best teachers i've ever known...i regret his untimely death to cancer and will always miss him...Sir, wherever u are, may your soul rest in peace.....u'll always be revered and remembered for ur excellence in the field of music, an artist with true potential who always remained undermined due to his humility, an artist who could reach peaks of excellence in his profession yet remained so down to earth, a mentor who guided and nurtured hundreds of students ...... it is u who taught me music more than i could learn by playin or listenin to it.... its because of ur influence that i once again started playin the guitar, after dumpin it in some obscure corner, sometimes for even more than a year.... here in Bangalore i found its true essence.....now that i've held on to it, i promise i'll never quit playin..... my next performance on stage this month, i dedicate to u and only u.....
